I have expertise in content development, management, coaching, training delivery, and team building. Determined, tenured professional that has trained thousands of employees, motivated to drive others in discovering unfounded potential and success. I also hold a Master’s in Instructional Design from Capella University.

Currently, Terreyl is an corporate instructional designer that makes use of various software to meet the instructional needs of sales associates.

Personally, I also have a love for wrestling and stay involved as the head coach for the local high school. I have also worked as a college wrestling analyst for Appalachian State University.
